1. Service Description
RESERARE.NET provides SD-WAN services, which include the provision of on-loan Customer Premise Equipment (CPE). These services are offered on a Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) basis.
2. Billing and Payment
Customers are required to prepay the MRC on the next day of service commencement date. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
3. Customer-Premise Equipment
The CPE provided by RESERARE.NET is on-loan to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the CPE in good condition and ensuring a suitable operating environment. If the CPE is damaged or becomes non-functional, the Customer will be charged 80% of the market price for repair or replacement.
4. Limitations of Liability
RESERARE.NET will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the provided services. The total liability of RESERARE.NET will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the services in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Termination
Either the Customer or RESERARE.NET may terminate the service by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Customer must return the on-loan CPE in good condition. Failure to do so will result in the Customer being charged the full market price of the CPE.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

Service Plan:
1. The Smart Device Service includes a 7-Day FREE Trial period.
2. After the 7-Day FREE Trial, the Basic Plan will be activated and billed at a monthly rate of USD500.
3. Customers are required to pay a one-time USD10 shipment fee to receive the Smart Device unit.
Activation and Billing:
4. The Smart Device unit will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after payment of the shipment fee.
5. Customers must activate the Smart Device unit through the online installation process to begin the 7-Day FREE Trial.
6. Billing for the Basic Plan will commence after the 7-Day FREE Trial period ends, with the monthly fee due in advance.
7. If the service is operating normally, the Basic Plan billing will continue on a monthly basis.
Cancellation and Returns:
8. Customers must provide written notice before the end of the 7-Day FREE Trial to cancel the service without any billing.
9. After the 7-Day FREE Trial, the monthly fee is considered a committed service period and no refunds will be provided.
10. Customers may terminate the service by providing 30 days' written notice in advance.
11. Upon termination, customers must return the Smart Device unit. Failure to do so will result in a USD100 one-time fee on the final bill.
